HOW BILLING WORKS

Per-Call Plan: Each user has their own price per call set on their profile. Balance is deducted after each dispatch call. When balance hits the low threshold, an auto-call warns them once.

Monthly Plan: Admin records the payment note (e.g. $10 for 10 months). No balance deducted. Calls per month tracked on their user card so you can see usage and profit.

INBOUND LOG

Calls to your SignalWire number. Tracked, never charged.

OUTBOUND LOG

Every dispatch call sent.
